Great news – I’ve now officially graduated from Birmingham City University, with a pass in the Post Graduate Certificate in Film Distribution. YAY!

The journey of gaining a film based qualification started in 2016, after signing up to the NCC Home Learning Film Studies course. I loved it and wanted to learn more. Birmingham City University offered a distance learning , part-time PG CERT course in Film Distribution. The course was really well taught, led by Lee Thomas, with a number of guest speakers. I would highly recommend both Birmingham City University and also the film and arts department for such a fantastic course set up.

Overall, I was really pleased with my module results.

MED7249, Film Audiences and the Distribution Landscape. 68%, Credits: 20
MED7352, The Film Value Chain. 65.5%, Credits: 40

If you would like to read my assignment for the film audiences module, based on the Bohemian Rhapsody film, I am more than happy to share – Bohemian Rhapsody Report.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this course.
