Media is vastly important in film marketing and distribution, whether it is to inform or to entertain.
I have a keen interest in VFX and CGI, with most of my fan art inspired by the Zack Snyder DC ‘Universe’ and comic-book genre. I have a good understanding of Adobe After-Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya.
Below is a gallery of some of my digital art whilst using this software.
The Snyder Cut – Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
Using Zack Snyder’s storyboard on VERO social network, I used the theatrical and trailer footage to demonstrate the differences between the original Snyder storyboard and the theatrical release of Justice League (2017).
Wonder Woman – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Autodesk Maya.
I’m a big fan of superhero movies and especially the ‘No Man’s Land’ scene from Wonder Woman. I wanted to recreate something that played on the superhero coming of age struggle. The model was created in Autodesk Maya, with textures created in Photoshop.
Lego Batman – Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
This was one of my first models that I created in Maya. I used animated expressions and commissioned a deep-voice Batman for the voice. The model was textured within Photoshop and After Effects used for post-production effects.
Batman – Batmobile
I wanted to created something a little dark, but in the style of the film ‘Kingsman’. The batmobile was textured within Maya, with After Effects being used for the post-production rain and flame!
